Salsa will no longer be available for download on the App Store or supported by PBSCO Support Teams upon Fiesta’s launch, slated for August 27, 2024; and on December 3, 2024, it will no longer be available for use.

All of your events, photo, designs, live galleries, and data are totally safe! You will still be able to find them in your current Salsa account, and they will automatically transfer over to your Fiesta account once you sign up.

Your Salsa App account will automatically transition over to the Fiesta App. All of your account data, including all credits and pre payments, events, photos, and design assets, will transfer over automatically to your Fiesta account once you sign up.

Salsa App will remain available for a period of time to give you an opportunity to comfortably move over to the Fiesta App. However, no updates or support will be provided for Salsa once Fiesta becomes available.

Salsa will no longer be supported once Fiesta is released so we can focus on making Fiesta everything you need it to be to support your business now and in the future. We promise, you’re going to love it!

Salsa will be available for a period of time after Fiesta is released so you can make the transition easily. We’ll have more details on exactly how long you’ll have to switch over once Fiesta is available.

You can use Salsa and Fiesta. However, Salsa App will no longer be supported after Fiesta is released, and we recommend switching to Fiesta App once it is available. Once you have made the switch to Fiesta, your Salsa App account and all of your Salsa events will be automatically moved over to the Fiesta App.

The Salsa App, while once cutting-edge code, is no longer able to meet the demands of modern users. We’ve rewritten the app from the ground up in order to make sure we are providing you with a better and more feature-rich experience.

Yes! Just like Salsa App, Fiesta runs on the Guac, Tortilla, and Salsa booths.

Stability and performance have been core focuses in building the Fiesta App. We have prioritized ensuring that no matter what, you can count on Fiesta to run flawlessly so you can run all of your events with complete confidence. We’ll provide more specifics on everything about Fiesta once we get closer to our launch date!

There will still be support articles for Salsa App when Fiesta becomes available! These will live on our support site until Salsa App is no longer available, at which time Salsa support articles will no longer be accessible.
